You can easily join the PTCO right here online! First register with us online, then choose your membership level, fill out the form, put in your credit card information (this IS secure!! Your credit card information will not be visible to anyone, including PTCO Board members), submit, and voila! You are part of the PTCO!
All members must renew their membership annually to maintain PTCO member benefits. 

If you join and have more than one child at the school, both kids and teachers will get credit for your membership - you just have to be sure to include their names (student and teacher).

  • Payment can be online or by check (made out to "Henderson Elementary PTCO") or cash.
  • Join by Dec 6th and be automatically registered to win 4 movie tickets



All money earned by any PTCO event goes back to the school!! This helps out with:

  • More books for the school library and classroom library
  • Field trips for the 3rd - 5th-grade charter buses (the money helps offset the cost)
  • Teacher reimbursements up to $200
  • Class parties
  • Materials necessary to keep up with 21st-century learning
  • School of Excellence celebrations
  • Teacher Appreciation luncheon and breakfasts

Registration Email, and Service Fee

When you register for the PTCO site, you will receive an email asking you to confirm the registration.

Also, there is a small convenience fee in order to join the PTCO online. This transaction will show as CH2V/My-PTA on your Credit Card statement.

If you choose not to pay the fee, a check can be sent to the school written out to "Henderson Elementary PTCO".
